At Sezz Saint-Tropez, a 5-star hotel by Christophe Pillet, we experienced a rare interlude: minimalist Mediterranean design, a heated outdoor pool reminiscent of Greece, Chef Philippe Colinet's Michelin-starred Colette restaurant (an unforgettable Sens 7 Actes menu), and exceptionally kind staff.
