Where do stars stay? The celebrity hotel guide (2026)

In brief
  • When a star settles in a city for a tour, residency or shoot, they almost always stay in a hotel where anyone can book: this guide tracks where Shakira, Céline Dion and others sleep, suite by suite.
  • It also follows stars who became hoteliers: Patrick Bruel, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert De Niro, Pharrell Williams.
  • For each address: the real hotel, the suite, the price of a night when public, and our photos.
  • Page updated with each tour or opening.

The question arises with every tour and every red carpet: “where are they staying?”. The answer is almost always a palace or luxury hotel, with a suite you can book the rest of the year. La Revue des Hôtels investigates every star’s stay, and the celebrities crossing to the other side of the desk by opening their own hotels. Here is the guide, continuously updated.

How we verify each address

A celebrity stay is rarely confirmed by a press release. We cross-reference images published by fans and local media, statements from the hotel when available, and our own on-site photos, such as outside Le Royal Monceau for Céline Dion. When information remains a rumour, the article states so. The prices quoted are those publicly displayed by the hotels for the suite in question at the time of the investigation.

Booking the same suite as a star

The presidential suites or penthouses occupied by touring artists can be booked like any other room, provided you plan ahead: they are blocked out weeks before concert dates. Outside of tour periods, several hotels offer the same suite at significantly lower rates during weekdays and low season. Each investigation indicates the public rate recorded and the link to the hotel.
