Five high-end hotel projects are adding 333 keys to Bilbao, representing an 8% increase in capacity: a 75-room Meliá Collection in the former Correos headquarters acquired by Sol Daurella (€35.7 million), a One Shot with a swimming pool on Calle Epalza in late 2026, an Intelier hotel at 6 Alameda de Mazarredo, and the Palacio Olabarri, the Luze group's future 45-room five-star hotel. The objective: to bridge the average price gap with San Sebastián.
