The InterContinental Bali Resort hosts two days of ice baths and wellness on 7 and 8 November

On 7 and 8 November 2026, the InterContinental Bali Resort hosts Soul of Jimbaran with skincare brand SOOTICA, on the shores of Jimbaran Bay. This first edition packs sport, recovery, treatments and workshops into two days, with passes from 300,000 Indonesian rupiah per person.

The programme opens with a friendly run and a stretching session at daybreak, led by gym chain Celebrity Fitness. The resort describes the whole event as a wellness and lifestyle experience, set to the rhythm of the bay.

Ice baths, Pilates and sound healing

What follows alternates effort and recovery. Guests can choose ice baths with Ikigai, physiotherapy sessions run by Physioku and Pilates with STRONG Pilates. Alpha Prana offers sound healing, a deep relaxation carried by sound vibrations. Finally, Bali Usadha leads a meditation inspired by Balinese traditions.

SOOTICA and the beauty of simplicity

As the event’s partner, skincare brand SOOTICA runs workshops on fragrance and body care. Its philosophy goes by the name “Beauty in Simplicity”. Its products rely on natural ingredients, paraben-free formulas, a cruelty-free approach and sustainable packaging.

Everyday self-care, as the spa sees it

For Dewi Damayanti, spa manager at the InterContinental Bali Resort, the event celebrates the bond between wellbeing, nature and the spirit of Jimbaran. She explains that the partnership with SOOTICA reflects a conviction: self-care can become part of everyday life, through rituals and sensory experiences.

Andy Chandra, general manager of SOOTICA Indonesia, agrees. In his view, wellbeing should go beyond individual treatments and become part of how we live, connect with others and look after ourselves.

Sunset & Sip: the 500,000 IDR++ pass

At the end of each day, the Sunset & Sip brings together participants, practitioners and partners facing Jimbaran Bay for a convivial sundowner.

Two options are available. The two-day pass costs 300,000 IDR++ per person, and the pass including the Sunset & Sip 500,000 IDR++ per person. The “++” means that taxes and service charge are added to the price. Bookings are made on the offer page or through the resort’s marketing team.

A tennis tournament from 13 to 15 November

The wellness weekend will have a sporting sequel. From 13 to 15 November 2026, the resort will host the Soul of Jimbaran Tennis Open, organised with the Southside Aces club. On the cards: three days of friendly competition on its courts, including a beachfront court open daily from 7am to 9pm.

425 rooms and six pools in Jimbaran

The InterContinental Bali Resort has 425 rooms and six pools, tennis courts, a kids’ club and a 24-hour gym. Its Spa Uluwatu offers separate men’s and women’s areas, a steam room, a sauna and a cold plunge pool. Ngurah Rai airport is 15 minutes away by car.
