On 31 December 2026, New Year’s Eve in a Paris palace hotel costs from €280 at the Lutetia to €1,095 at Le Meurice, before wine, and up to €1,650 with the wine pairing. On 23 October we rechecked, against the hotels’ festive brochures and booking pages, the prices, times and terms of eleven dinners and parties across four palaces, from the Plaza Athénée’s ball to the Crillon’s DJ.

Plaza Athénée: a chandelier-lit ball for €580
On avenue Montaigne, the Dorchester Collection palace offers four ways to see in 2027. The most festive plays out in the Salon Haute Couture: dinner, a live band and then a DJ, for €580 per guest with soft drinks included, and €290 for under-12s. On the menu: foie gras with mango chutney, scallop vol-au-vent, Bresse chicken with sauce Albuféra and Mont d’Or with black truffle.
More intimate, Le Relais Plaza serves a €490 menu (€670 with the wine pairing, €245 for children) from 8pm to 10.30pm: turbot in champagne with Golden Impérial caviar, Bresse chicken with truffle and a chestnut Mont-Blanc. At La Grande Table, the candlelit dinner rises to €1,050 (€1,450 with wine), with lobster pot-au-feu with black truffle and poularde with white truffle. After 11pm, Le Bar starts its countdown: Dom Pérignon and a DJ until 4am, from €1,200 a table.

Le Meurice: two restaurants, €560-1,095
On rue de Rivoli, facing the Tuileries, Le Meurice serves two dinners on 31 December, from 8pm. At Le Dalí, the restaurant designed by Philippe Starck, the menu costs €560 per person before drinks, or €830 with the wine pairing.
Beneath the gilding of the restaurant Le Meurice Alain Ducasse, led by chef Amaury Bouhours, allow €1,095 before drinks and €1,650 with wine: the most expensive pairing in our survey. The next day, Le Dalí serves a €215 brunch from 12.30pm.

At the Crillon, Nonos for €365 and a DJ till 4am
On place de la Concorde, the Rosewood palace has published its prices since our check on 13 October. New Year’s Eve dinner at Nonos par Paul Pairet costs €365 per person, booked online: the chef serves his signature creations in a warm grill-room setting.
For dancing, Bar Les Ambassadeurs parties from 11pm to 4am: a DJ, a singer and a saxophonist, savoury and sweet canapés, and a bottle of champagne for two, at €350 per person (two guests minimum). This year the hotel is decorating its salons on the theme of Jules Verne’s Extraordinary Voyages.

Lutetia: six courses for €280, the best value
On the Left Bank, the Mandarin Oriental Lutetia offers the most affordable New Year’s Eve in our selection: six courses at €280 per person, before drinks, at Brasserie Lutetia, in a classic version (crab, turbot with artichokes and black truffle, Chalosse chicken) or fully vegan.
In the Salon Saint-Germain, beneath Fabrice Hyber’s glass roof, the menu picks up the New Year’s Eve dishes (starters €34, mains from €51) with a jazz band from 7pm to midnight, while Bar Joséphine switches to a DJ set until 1am. Ritz, Cheval Blanc: 2026 menus still to come
As of 23 October, three palaces have yet to unveil their 31 December 2026. To give a sense of prices, here are last year’s. At the Ritz Paris, New Year’s Eve at Bar Vendôme cost €870, at L’Espadon €2,026 with the wine pairing, and the dinner dance in the Salon Marie-Louise €175 with a glass of champagne.
