Cheval Blanc Paris reopens Le Jardin, its panoramic summer rooftop

Last updated:
In brief
  • Pop-up 650 m² terrace set on the seventh floor of the palace hotel
  • Summer opening scheduled from 22 May to 13 September 2026
  • Culinary offering orchestrated by William Béquin and ice cream creations by Maxime Frédéric

A leafy sanctuary above the capital

On the seventh floor of La Samaritaine, the establishment unveils an outdoor space redesigned for the warm season. Spanning a surface area of 650 square metres, this suspended haven evokes Riviera residences with lush greenery featuring hydrangeas, rose bushes, and aromatic herbs. The landscape design creates intimate glades that preserve the tranquillity of guests away from the bustle of the quays.

A 360-degree panoramic view of Parisian monuments

The main attraction of this terrace lies in its spectacular perspective over the entire city. Guests enjoy an unobstructed 360-degree view, taking in Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Louvre Museum, the Sacré-Cœur Basilica, and the Eiffel Tower. The absence of opaque walls allows visitors to appreciate the shifting light throughout the day, from lunch until sunset.

A sun-drenched menu orchestrated by William Béquin and Maxime Frédéric

In the kitchen, chef William Béquin crafts light gastronomy focused on market-garden and seafood produce. The menu features refreshing dishes such as the multicoloured tomato tart at €32 or blue fish ceviche with pimientos. To round off the meal, pastry chef Maxime Frédéric offers his artisanal ice cream sundaes at €25 alongside an iced blue vanilla mille-feuille.

A high-end experience in an intimate setting

Despite its central location, the venue stands out for its refined tranquillity and attentive service characteristic of luxury hospitality standards. The space welcomes guests for lunch, dinner, and an afternoon bar service. This pop-up offering confirms the Parisian palace hotel’s ambition to provide exclusive relaxation spaces during the summer period.
