Opened in 2021 by LVMH in the former Samaritaine, Cheval Blanc Paris has, in just two years, become the capital's most luxurious and contemporary palace hotel. It boasts 72 Peter Marino-designed rooms and suites, Arnaud Donckele's 3-Michelin-starred Plénitude restaurant, and a signature Dior spa.
The Bulle institution in Gruyère is set to reopen on 10 September 2026 following a major renovation. Michelin-starred chef Kaiichi Arimoto will combine Fribourg terroir with Japanese precision.

In Fiesole, on the heights above Florence, the Belmond Villa San Michele reopens for the 2026 season with two new features: an official spa signed by Guerlain (5 treatment rooms, hammam, panoramic pool) and an experience programme by DoubleJ by J.J.
