It is based on two philosophies, “The Science of Recovery” and “The Art of Longevity”, and six pillars: nutrition, physical regeneration, sleep, mind-body healing, social connection, and connection to nature.

The thermal area will include herbal steam rooms, mineral salt saunas, vitality pools, hydrotherapy tubs, an Oriental hammam, multi-sensory showers, and relaxation rooms. Seven treatment rooms are named Valley, Forest, Mountain, Lake, River, Meadow, and Brook. On the beauty side, the Blade & Brush barber, The Radiance Room salon, a skin lab, and red light therapy complete the menu.
