Travel agency Remote Lands unveiled on 30 September 2026 two new private jet expeditions for 2028, travelling from Aman resort to Aman resort, starting at $164,888 per person. Sixteen to eighteen travellers, a 19-seat Airbus ACJ 319, and fifteen to seventeen nights, from Japan to Bhutan in March, and from Kyoto to Istanbul in October.

A 19-seat Airbus ACJ 319
The aircraft, an Airbus ACJ 319 or similar model, has been reconfigured with 19 seats instead of the standard 130, featuring two lounge cabins and three washrooms. The crew comprises two pilots, two cabin crew members, a chef, and an engineer. The aircraft operator has not been disclosed.
Why these journeys are shorter
Remote Lands has shortened its 2028 expeditions to twelve to seventeen nights, compared to three weeks or more previously: clients’ schedules make longer journeys challenging, though pre- and post-trip extensions remain available. The agency boasts over 35 private jet journeys with Aman since 2013; its founder, Catherine Heald, describes the 2028 itineraries as the culmination of nearly fourteen years of partnership. Aman also travels by sea with the yacht Amangati, and has recently opened Amanvari in Mexico, which we tested.
