A Gourmet Menu, from Savory to Sweet
Among the flagship specialties, the Eggs à La Dolce Vitae combine scrambled eggs, crispy croissant, avocado, and smoked salmon. The menu also features revisited Eggs Benedict on croissant-bread and a surprising crispy roll of fresh mozzarella with Iberian ham and truffle. On the sweet side, there’s an açaí bowl topped with fresh fruit and homemade granola, pancakes with maple syrup and red berries, or a spectacular XXL chocolate, caramel, and fresh fruit molten cookie.

Freshly Squeezed Juices and Wellness Shots
Mornings also come in colors with a selection of freshly squeezed natural juices. The Golden Dolce combines orange, mango, and turmeric; the Dolce Rosé blends pink grapefruit, strawberry, and watermelon; while the Detox Dolce mixes pineapple, kale, and mint. Energy shots complete the offer for those who want to start the day with a focus on well-being.
La Dolce Vitae, an Iconic Rooftop on Passeig de Gràcia
Perched atop the Majestic, La Dolce Vitae has established itself as one of Barcelona’s essential addresses. Its location offers spectacular views of the city’s major landmarks, from the Sagrada Família to Montjuïc, passing by Casa Batlló. Renowned for its elegant and relaxed atmosphere, the rooftop welcomes gastronomy enthusiasts, cocktail lovers, and sunset admirers all day long; it now adds breakfast to its repertoire.

The Majestic Hotel & Spa Barcelona, a Legend Since 1918
Opened in 1918 and owned by the Catalan Soldevila-Casals family for three generations, the Majestic is a landmark on Passeig de Gràcia. The establishment has hosted illustrious guests such as Ernest Hemingway and Antonio Machado, and has just completed a five-year renovation led by interior designer Antonio Obrador. Its 258 rooms are complemented by an art collection of over 1,000 works, notably by Antoni Tàpies and Josep Guinovart, while the dining is orchestrated by Chef David Romero, at the helm of the locavore restaurant SOLC.
The Majestic also houses the city’s largest suite, a 467 m² Royal Penthouse featuring two panoramic terraces, a butler, and a chauffeur. Committed to environmental responsibility (ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications, Km.0 cuisine, soft mobility), the hotel confirms its position among the leading luxury hotels in the Catalan capital.
