Opened in 1927, the Hôtel du Parc turns 100

The story begins in 1927 with the opening of the Hôtel du Parc in the centre of Megève. The house was later renamed Parc des Loges, then Lodge Park. It still stands at 100 rue d’Arly, in the village’s pedestrian area, and is marking its centenary from 1927 to 2027.
Logs and tartans: the 1996 Sibuet makeover
In 1996, Jocelyne and Jean-Louis Sibuet took over the Parc des Loges and reinvented it as a North American-style lodge, inspired by Aspen and Canadian lodges: log walls, canoes, fishing trophies, leather and tartans. The Bar du Lodge, with its stone fireplace and Chesterfield sofas, keeps that spirit alive.
The hotel belongs to Maisons & Hôtels Sibuet, the family group that also owns Les Fermes de Marie, the Hôtel Mont-Blanc and Les Chalets des Fermes in Megève.
Chalet du Lodge: 450 m² and a private pool

The Chalet du Lodge will open in December 2026 in the hotel grounds. Spread over 450 m², it has five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including a 60 m² Master suite on the top floor, and sleeps up to ten guests.
Its wellness area is reserved for chalet guests: a 10-metre indoor pool, sauna, hammam, massage room and gym. A dedicated housekeeper looks after the chalet, breakfast is served every morning, and guests have the run of the hotel’s concierge, restaurants, bar and spa. The chalet has secure access and private parking, and connects directly to the hotel through the grounds.
The interiors are by the Sibuet family: flea-market finds, bespoke pieces, wood, fabrics by Élitis, leather and wool. The chalet marks the end of three years of renovation at the Lodge Park. For now, the images released by the hotel are renderings.
What became of the 49 rooms of old?
Under Marie and Nicolas Sibuet, the 49 rooms of yesteryear have given way to 29 rooms and suites, from 25 m² up to 100 m² for the penthouse. Reclaimed wood, dark marble, quartzite and velvet dress the rooms, with fireplaces in the bedrooms.
Some suites have a terrace with a private Nordic bath, an outdoor hot tub. The Beauty Room Service brings LED masks and Pure Altitude treatments to your room.
A 1,000 m² Longevity Club built for recovery

The Longevity Club covers 1,000 m² devoted to recovery and wellbeing. It offers whole-body cryotherapy (a few minutes in extreme cold), a hyperbaric chamber (oxygen breathed under pressure), cryolipolysis (cold used against localised fat), LED light treatments, electrical muscle stimulation, pressotherapy (a compression massage) and a Kneipp bath, which alternates hot and cold water. Treatments are by Pure Altitude and The Recode Club.
The heated indoor pool measures 12 by 12.5 metres, kept at 29°C, with a large jacuzzi. There is also an outdoor pool, a traditional sauna and an infrared sauna, a hammam and an ice room.
Beef Lodge, chef Christophe Côte’s restaurant

At Beef Lodge, chef Christophe Côte selects exceptional cuts of beef. The hotel also serves afternoon tea and brunch, and the Bar du Lodge remains the house’s fireside lounge.
