Hotel Sommerro and Oslo palaces fully booked for King Harald V’s funeral

The state funeral of King Harald V, on Wednesday 9 September 2026 at Oslo Cathedral, is bringing seven of the ten reigning monarchies and delegations from around the world to the Norwegian capital. Hotel Sommerro, its 231 rooms and Villa Inkognito are at the centre of the operation.
