Bulgari Hotels Worldwide in 2026: The 9 Open Addresses and 5 Openings Planned Until 2030

By late September 2026, the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection features nine open addresses, from Milan in 2004 to Rome in 2023, and five announced openings until 2030, from the Maldives to Abu Dhabi. All of them are designed by the same Milanese practice, ACPV Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, and almost all of them house a restaurant by three-Michelin-starred chef Niko Romito. A jewellery house turned hotelier

Bulgari ventured into hospitality in 2001 through a joint venture with Marriott, which now operates the addresses within its luxury division, while the jewellery house has been owned by LVMH since 2011. The first hotel opened in Milan in 2004, inside an 18th-century palazzo near Brera. Attilio Marro, who managed it before leading the brand, has been Senior Director since 2018. The rule has remained unchanged ever since: very few addresses, exclusively in exceptional locations, and a shared style signed by ACPV.

The 9 Bulgari hotels open in 2026

Milan, Bali, and London: The Pioneers

In Milan, the restaurant has a new look this autumn: since 1 September 2026, Da Niko has replaced Il Ristorante Niko Romito, within interiors redesigned by ACPV. In Bali, the Uluwatu resort, perched on the cliffside, was just named Hotel of the Year by Tatler Indonesia. In London, the Knightsbridge address maintains its 5 Forbes stars, featuring its spa and private cinema.

Beijing, Dubai and Shanghai, from 2017

In 2017, Bulgari opened Beijing within the Genesis compound, and Dubai, a resort featuring 101 rooms and 20 villas on Jumeira Bay island with the brand’s first marina, back-to-back. Shanghai followed in 2018 inside a tower connected to the former 1916 Chamber of Commerce, featuring the two-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Bao Li Xuan and Il Ristorante on the 47th floor.

Paris, Tokyo, and Rome: The Most Recent Additions

Opened in late 2021 at 30 Avenue George V, Bvlgari Hotel Paris and its 76 rooms were awarded Palace distinction in 2026. In Tokyo, since April 2023, the hotel occupies the top floors of Tokyo Midtown Yaesu, and its Il Ristorante Niko Romito on the 40th floor retains its Michelin star. Rome rounds out the list in June 2023, featuring 106 rooms inside a 1930s rationalist building facing the Mausoleum of Augustus.

In the 2025 Michelin Key selection highlighted by the brand, Rome, London, and Tokyo earned three Keys; Milan, Paris, Dubai, Beijing, and Shanghai earned two; and Bali earned one.

The 5 Openings Planned Until 2030

• Ranfushi, Maldives (2027): 54 villas on the Raa Atoll, including a villa on its own private islet, and four restaurants.
• Bodrum, Turkey (2028): a resort and Mansions on a private peninsula, set amidst 10 hectares of terraced gardens.
• Miami Beach, USA (2029): the first American Bulgari, featuring 100 rooms inside a 1950s modernist building.
• Cave Cay, Bahamas (2029): an 89-hectare private island in the Exumas, featuring 64 suites and villas and a marina.
• Abu Dhabi, Emirates (2030): 60 rooms, 30 villas, and 90 Mansions on a horseshoe-shaped private island.

Two projects are no longer part of the collection: the Los Angeles project, abandoned after its permit was revoked in 2023, and the Moscow project, opened in 2022 under another name following LVMH’s withdrawal from Russia.
