Hilton has signed the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, which will reopen under the Signia by Hilton brand on 1 January 2027 following the most extensive renovation in its forty-year history. Featuring 474 rooms including 50 villas, a spa, pools, competition tennis courts and access to three miles of beach, it is the first Signia on the Gulf Coast and the third in Florida.
