Starting Sunday, October 11, 2026, Brasserie Lutetia is serving a new Sunday brunch at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, the only palace hotel on the Left Bank, on Boulevard Raspail. The formula combines a grand buffet with seafood, seasonal produce, and sweet creations, alongside a main course served at the table, every Sunday from noon to 3 pm until April 11, 2027.

A palace brunch: buffet and plated main
Brasserie Lutetia launched an initial version of its brunch on May 31, 2026, for Mother’s Day. It is now making it a weekly fixture every Sunday throughout autumn and winter. The experience follows the signature style of a palace brunch: guests begin at the buffet, lined with seafood, seasonal produce, house specialties, and sweet creations, before choosing a main course served at the table, such as French poultry with mashed potatoes and confit garlic, or a choice of fish and vegetarian options.
A seafood counter at the heart of the room
The Brasserie, open from 7 am to 10:30 pm, is centered around a seafood display and open kitchens, set within an Art Deco inspired interior extended by a terrace. The cuisine is directed by Executive Chef Patrick Charvet, with pastries bearing the signature of Nicolas Guercio, Executive Pastry Chef at Lutetia since 2019.
Lutetia, the Left Bank’s only palace hotel
Built in 1910 by the Boucicaut family, founders of the neighboring Le Bon Marché, Lutetia reopened in 2018 following four years of renovations led by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, before receiving the official Palace distinction in 2019. After brunch, guests are invited to extend their day at Le Saint-Germain, the lounge set beneath a painted glass roof, or at Bar Joséphine, beneath its restored frescoes.
