Accor rolls out ALL Concierge: AI travel assistant with 11 languages, WhatsApp, and human handover

In brief
  • 🤖 ALL Concierge, deployed on a large scale · Accor’s conversational travel companion leaves its pilot phase, announced on 24 September 2026
  • 🌍 11 languages on ALL.com · four in the ALL Accor app, with all group languages to follow by the end of 2026
  • 💬 WhatsApp and iMessage · available 24/7 in addition to the website and app
  • 🧑‍💼 Human handover · an Accor team member steps in as soon as a request becomes complex
  • 🛎️ The Butler for teams · a second AI assistant reserved for hotel staff

The concierge who knows your name and anticipates your desires is no longer reserved solely for luxury palaces. Accor is rolling out ALL Concierge worldwide, a conversational assistant that accompanies travellers from their initial search through to their post-stay experience, positioning the group as the first hotel chain to transition such a tool from the pilot stage across its entire network. The group, which comprised 5,836 hotels at the end of 2025, is simultaneously launching the Butler, an AI designed specifically for its teams.

What ALL Concierge can do

The assistant responds within seconds, at any hour, across the entire customer journey. It inspires destinations, compares hotels, provides information about properties, handles bookings, and manages stays that have already been reserved. It also recognises the status of ALL Accor members, the group’s loyalty programme, to personalise its responses. Crucially, it does not work alone: as soon as a question exceeds its capabilities, an Accor employee immediately takes over within the same conversation.

Where to find it and in which languages

ALL Concierge is accessible on the ALL.com website in 11 languages and within the ALL Accor app in four languages, as well as on the messaging platforms travellers already use: WhatsApp and iMessage. Accor plans to extend the service to all languages covered by the group by the end of 2026.

A pilot programme of one million conversations

The service has not emerged from nowhere. Accor has been testing it since July 2025, using over one million customer conversations to train the system prior to this rollout. For Alix Boulnois, Chief Commercial, Digital & Tech Officer for the group, the challenge boils down to a single idea: “A good concierge remembers your name and anticipates your needs before you even express them. Until now, this level of attention was reserved for a privileged few.”

Future features announced

The group has already outlined its next steps. ALL Concierge is set to acquire a voice interface, the ability to modify and cancel bookings, and recommendations from Accor’s partners.

  • contextual assistance that takes the timing of the trip into account;
  • more advanced hotel comparisons featuring maps;
  • advice on optimising status and ALL Accor points;
  • partner-related suggestions, ranging from Air France for flights to Fever for local experiences;
  • booking modifications and cancellations, followed by an integrated voice interface.

The Butler: AI for hotel teams

Concurrently, Accor is placing a second assistant into the hands of its staff. Available at any time, the Butler gives teams instant access to the information, advice, and recommendations they need, helps them manage day-to-day situations, and directs them to the right expert when human intervention is required. The stated objective is to free up more time for guest welcoming.

What this means for travellers

The promise is tangible: an immediate response at 3:00 AM, in your language and on WhatsApp, to reschedule a booking or find a hotel in Lisbon. The deciding factor will be the quality of the human handover, which distinguishes this service from a simple chatbot. It remains to be seen how the tool will blend into the experience of the group’s luxury brands, from Raffles to Fairmont, where concierge services remain deeply rooted in personal contact. Accor, which has already turned ALL Accor into an experiential platform, is now making its loyalty programme the gateway to AI. The group ranks ninth in our ranking of the world’s largest hotel groups.
