Emaar’s Address hotels expand to Dubai Harbour, Riyadh and Ras Al Khaimah: 582 keys by 2028

Emaar Hospitality Group is expanding its luxury Address brand with three new hotels in the Gulf: Address The Bay in Dubai Harbour in 2027, followed by Address Diriyah in Riyadh and Address Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah in 2028. Unveiled at the Arabian Travel Market in Dubai in mid-September 2026, the three projects total 582 keys, plus 60 serviced apartments in Riyadh.

Address The Bay, the beach at Dubai Harbour

At Emaar Beachfront, facing Palm Jumeirah, Address The Bay will be a 182-key beach hotel, expected in 2027, in the third quarter according to Emaar’s presentation. It will feature a 523 m² pool deck with cabanas and six dining and lounge concepts.

Address Diriyah, Najdi style in Riyadh

In Diriyah, the historic birthplace of the Saudi kingdom that the Diriyah Company is transforming into a major destination, Address Diriyah will open in 2028 with 204 rooms and 60 serviced apartments. The five-star hotel adopts the region’s earthen Najdi architecture, with restaurants and a café around a rooftop pool. The Diriyah Company is developing the project, and Address will operate it.

Address Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah

On View Island, at Al Marjan Island, Emaar is planning a 196-key resort for 2028, within a neighbourhood of over 1,100 homes, fifteen minutes from Ras Al Khaimah airport.
