Conrad Hotels expands its 1/3/5 programme: one, three or five hours to discover a city, from Osaka to Nashville

One hour, three hours or five hours: Conrad Hotels & Resorts, the luxury brand of Hilton, is expanding its Conrad 1/3/5 programme, which offers cultural discoveries in every hotel calibrated to the time the traveller has available. Launched in July 2025, the programme has been enriched since the announcement on 22 September 2026 with new experiences in a dozen hotels, from Osaka to Nashville.

In brief
  • ⏱️ The concept · three formats, one, three or five hours, designed by each hotel’s concierge around craftsmanship, cuisine, wellness and nature.
  • 🌍 Where · in all Conrad hotels, totalling 51 properties across five continents according to Hilton.
  • 🗓️ What’s new · new experiences announced on 22 September 2026; the programme has existed since 9 July 2025.
  • 💶 The price · no published rates, they vary according to the hotel and the experience.
  • 🛎️ Booking · through the concierge or on each hotel’s website, for guests staying at the property.

One hour between two appointments

The short format is aimed at business travellers. At Conrad Hong Kong, the chef teaches guests how to make egg puffs, the city’s local treat, followed by the “croffle”, a house creation that is half egg puff, half croissant. Conrad Washington DC serves Chesapeake Bay oysters with Virginian sparkling wine at Estuary, Conrad Rabat Arzana offers a horse ride on Oued Ikkem beach, and Conrad Singapore Marina Bay provides a tour of its collection of over 3,400 artworks, followed by a tea pairing at the Lobby Lounge.

Three hours for a half-day

Conrad Athens The Ilisian takes its guests to The Naxos Apothecary for an olfactory seminar focusing on Aegean Sea plants. Conrad Nashville opens the doors to the Woolworth Theatre, with a private tour, dinner at the Marquee and live music, and Conrad Osaka organises a tour of the Ura-Tenma district, a neighbourhood of small bars and izakayas under the lanterns.

Five hours for a full day

The long format becomes a true excursion. Conrad Nagoya leads guests to Arimatsu, the birthplace of a 400-year-old tie-dyeing technique: merchant houses, a tea house, demonstrations, workshops, and the guest leaves with the silk they have dyed themselves. Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers combines a visit to Qasr Al Watan palace, the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the Founder’s Memorial; Conrad Orlando offers a sunset kayak trip, including bioluminescence in season, and Conrad Seoul a hike in Bukhansan National Park before descending towards Bukchon.

Already in hotels since 2025

At launch, the programme had already highlighted the Ithaa underwater restaurant and manta rays of the South Ari Atoll at Conrad Maldives Rangali Island, the forging of a tamahagane steel sword at Conrad Tokyo, the cenotes of Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya or flying over the Cliffs of Moher with Conrad Dublin. For Hilton, the idea is to make discovery possible, whether one has an hour between two meetings or a whole day. Find all our Hilton news.

Our take

A concierge organising an outing is nothing new. The strength of Conrad 1/3/5 is turning it into a clear framework, by duration, which speaks first and foremost to business travellers, the brand’s core clientele. One limitation remains: without published prices, one must go through the concierge to find out what each experience costs.
