Rocco Forte will open its first hotel in Naples in 2027 in Palazzo Sirignano, the first palace on the Riviera di Chiaia (1535): 46 suites by Michele Bönan, a rooftop pool and a large spa.
Cheval Blanc is aiming for May 2027 to make the Hotel Pitrizza, designed in 1963 by Luigi Vietti on Sardinia's Costa Smeralda, its first maison in Italy: 65 keys, including 16 villas, a private beach and a pool carved into the granite.
