Delano is coming to Italy: Ennismore has signed the Delano Puglia, a 76-room resort including 13 suites in Monopoli on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, slated to open in 2028. The brand, born in Miami Beach, will bring a Paris Society restaurant, a new version of its Rose Bar, and its wellness concept The Source.

Italy’s first Delano, in Monopoli
Delano Puglia will be the brand’s first address in Italy. The project is led by Ennismore, Accor’s lifestyle brand joint venture, with LIMM, headed by Vito Liuzzi, and Società Rinascimento Valori. Neither the architect, the designer, nor the rates have been unveiled yet. Ennismore promises a resort focused on the sea and outdoor living, echoing the Miami Beach flagship.
Paris Society, Rose Bar, and The Source
Dining will be entrusted to Paris Society, Accor’s lively restaurant group, featuring a venue open from breakfast to dinner. The resort will feature two pool bars, a lobby lounge, and a new take on the Rose Bar, the iconic bar from Delano Miami. Wellness will be provided through The Source by Delano, and a membership program will open certain spaces to a local clientele.
A brand rebuilding itself
The arrival in Puglia extends Delano’s revival: the Miami Beach property reopened on 1 May 2026 after renovations, featuring 171 rooms, and the brand opened Maison Delano in Paris, which we reviewed. In Puglia, it joins an increasingly upscale offering, ranging from Tivoli Palazzo 1880 in Lecce to the Patria Palace spa.
