An absolute benchmark since 1925, Le Bristol embodies the French art de vivre within a private mansion on Faubourg Saint-Honoré. It features 188 rooms and suites in the heart of Paris, Chef Eric Frechon’s 3 Michelin-starred Epicure restaurant, the La Prairie spa, a teak swimming pool inspired by Venetian yachts, and the legendary Angora cat Fa-Raon, who roams the corridors. 6. Mandarin Oriental Lutetia Paris hotel
