Fifty Airstream caravans facing the Hatta dam lake: Our Habitas is opening its first address in the United Arab Emirates, just over an hour from Dubai. Caravan Hatta, developed with Dubai Holding, welcomed its first guests on 28 September 2026, following a delay of nearly a year.

50 Airstream trailers in the Hatta valley
The camp lines up 50 personalised Airstream caravans overlooking the valley or the Hatta dam lake in the Hajar mountains. Two categories for two guests: the Ridge Caravan (20.5 m² with a 30 m² terrace, dam view) and the Peak Caravan (21.5 m² with an 18.8 m² shaded terrace). All are air-conditioned, featuring a queen-size bed, kitchenette, bathroom and wooden terrace.
Lake House, Madar and wellness
At the centre, the Lake House houses an infinity pool overlooking the mountains. The Madar restaurant, meaning “orbit” in Arabic, serves seasonal sharing plates inspired by Emirati traditions from breakfast to dinner, complemented by food trucks and barbecues. The Thuraya Wellness programme offers yoga, meditation, sound healing, a sauna and a cold plunge.
Kayaking, mountain biking and stars
Guests can hike and mountain bike in the Hajar mountains, go kayaking and paddleboarding on the dam lake from a pontoon, and spend evenings stargazing from a platform equipped with telescopes.
