Capella Hotel Group marks its first hotel opening on Japanese soil here, offering a concept focused on transformative luxury. The sleek architecture dialogues with the green and urban landscape, offering unobstructed panoramic views from each of the 221 rooms and suites.
The accommodations focus on raw materials, light wood and a palette of mineral tones. The Patina Suite, perched on the 17th floor, features a private meditation lounge and a high-fidelity record player, whilst the Urban Suite opens onto a balcony directly overlooking the castle ramparts.
Plant-based gastronomy and seasonal rhythms
The culinary offerings revolve around the rhythms of nature and health preservation. The signature restaurant, named P72, draws its inspiration from the traditional Japanese calendar and its 72 micro-seasons. The menu highlights plant-based gastronomy crafted from organic ingredients and herbs grown in the hotel’s rooftop garden.
At the top of the tower, the SONATA Bar & Lounge on the 20th floor combines botanical mixology with refined acoustics. Vintage speakers built into the woodwork create an intimate atmosphere, ideal for evening contemplation of the metropolis.

Entirely dedicated to physical and mental wellness, the fourth floor houses the Patina Wellness centre. This space combines cutting-edge health equipment with traditional contemplative disciplines.
