Imagined by Chef César Chavepeyer, the “Bûche Inspiration Mont Blanc du Montcel” presents itself as a piece of high patisserie, delicately adorned with the famous Toile de Jouy. An artistic and heartfelt nod to the estate, once owned by Christophe-Philippe Oberkampf, the man behind this mythical motif that still graces the most refined interiors today.
This Yule log, with its cream hues and finely reproduced designs, tells the story of the place’s heritage. As if every detail carries the memory of the estate, its splendour, its gardens, its identity.

Inspired by the majestic bicentennial cedar in the park, this woody accord envelops the dessert with an almost mystical aura, blurring the lines between perfumery and gastronomy.
Flavour-wise, the sweetness of vanilla intertwines with the depth of chestnut, while a vanilla pear heart brings freshness, creaminess, and lightness.
