Since 1 October 2026, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum have shifted to an all-inclusive format. From 10 January 2027, the Waldorf will be adults-only and the Conrad will open its Ceiba Club.

Hilton has signed the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, which will reopen under the Signia by Hilton brand on 1 January 2027 following the most extensive renovation in its forty-year history. Featuring 474 rooms including 50 villas, a spa, pools, competition tennis courts and access to three miles of beach, it is the first Signia on the Gulf Coast and the third in Florida.
