Jayasom AMAALA resort opens on the Red Sea: 76 treatment rooms and zero alcohol in Saudi Arabia

On 17 September 2026, Red Sea Global opened the world’s first Jayasom on the largest cove of Triple Bay at AMAALA: 153 keys, 24 residences and 76 treatment rooms. This entirely alcohol-free wellness resort separates an adults-only universe from a family-friendly one.

The first Jayasom, at Triple Bay

Jayasom, a wellness brand founded in 2014 and based in Singapore, is opening its first address here. The architecture is by Heah & Co., and the interiors by Studio Carter. The 153 keys range from terrace rooms to overwater villas, with one to five bedrooms, all featuring a terrace and private pool. An additional 24 beachfront residences complete the offering.

A wellness centre carved into the rock

Split between the two wings, the Health & Wellness Centre is nestled within a natural rock formation: 76 treatment rooms, a dispensary with an in-house pharmacist, and a Vitalise room for medically supervised vitamin IV infusions. The indoor and outdoor hydrothermal circuits feature hot and cold plunge pools, a hammam, a Finnish sauna, an ice fountain, and a Kneipp path. The retreats, lasting four nights or more, are named As a Woman, As a Leader, As a Pair, As a Family, As a Feather, and As a Flow.

Eight dining venues, all alcohol-free

The resort is entirely alcohol-free and its eight restaurants ban deep-frying: Seratô, with an Asian inspiration, reserved for adults; Jiraka, celebrating the spice route; Loumi Rue on the family side; and Chez Mitsuba. The site runs entirely on solar energy, utilizing electric vehicles and protecting local turtle nesting beaches. At AMAALA, Jayasom joins the Six Senses resort already open on the Red Sea.
