Hilton is bringing two of its Mexican resorts into the high-end all-inclusive sector: since 1 October 2026, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya and Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya have been offering an all-inclusive package. And starting 10 January 2027, the former will become adults-only, while the latter will open an adults-only club, the Ceiba Club.

Waldorf Astoria, soon to be adults-only
Just minutes from Cancún airport, Waldorf Astoria Riviera Maya builds upon its existing offerings to provide a complete all-inclusive experience: personal concierge, 24-hour room service, daily replenished minibar and private transfers from Cancún for eligible direct bookings. From 10 January 2027, it will exclusively welcome guests over 18; existing bookings with children will be provided with an alternative accommodation solution.
Dining options include Malpeque (live-fire cooking and Mexican cheese trolley), Chaya, JA’O, dedicated to agave, and the Peacock Alley lounge. A programme of experiences (oceanfront yoga, Mayan breathing, sound therapy, clay workshops) completes the stay.
Conrad Tulum and its Ceiba Club
Set between jungle, mangroves and the Caribbean Sea, Conrad Tulum Riviera Maya features 349 rooms and suites with balconies, five pools and a spa. It remains a family-friendly resort, with the MYTHOS World kids’ club included, but will open the Ceiba Club on 10 January 2027, an adults-only section providing access to the MICHELIN-recommended Autor restaurant, the Ceiba Lounge and Carbon Restaurant, Pool & Beach. Private transfers are included from Cancún and Tulum airports for eligible direct bookings.
What is included and what is not
Across both resorts, the package covers meals, 24-hour room service and a replenished minibar; from four consecutive nights, an experience or excursion is complimentary, such as a cenote visit or the Xel-Há park departing from the Conrad.
