Six courses for €280 at the Brasserie Lutetia
Built in 1910, reopened in 2018 and under the Mandarin Oriental flag since April 2025, the Lutetia will welcome its 31 December guests at the Brasserie Lutetia, around its open kitchen. Dinner runs to six courses at €280 per person, drinks not included; the start time has not yet been announced. The classic menu unfolds as follows:
- amuse-bouche: a fresh, herbaceous yuzu bite;
- crab meat with a lively emulsion;
- turbot, Camus artichokes and black truffle;
- Chalosse poultry, winter vegetables, verbena sauce;
- pre-dessert;
- the signature Yule log by head pastry chef Nicolas Guercio.
The vegan menu, from beetroot to pavlova

Guests who eat no animal products follow the same six-step ritual at the same price of €280 excluding drinks. Black truffle is still on the menu, this time paired with artichoke. The vegan menu:
- a fresh, herbaceous yuzu bite;
- beetroot origami, umeboshi (salted Japanese plum) and blueberry;
- artichoke salad with black truffle;
- a “caravanserai” of winter vegetables and puffed grains;
- pre-dessert;
- vegan pavlova with exotic fruit.
Jazz under the glass roof, a DJ at Bar Joséphine
For a less formal New Year’s Eve, the Salon Saint-Germain will offer an à la carte menu on 31 December drawing on the set-menu dishes, classic and vegan: starters at €34, mains from €51, desserts at €18. Diners sit beneath the coloured glass roof by artist Fabrice Hyber, with a live jazz band from 7pm to midnight.
At Bar Joséphine, beneath the historic frescoes, the night will carry on with signature cocktails, seasonal bites and a DJ set until 1am. The hotel has not published a price for the evening at the bar.
At Christmas, foie gras and scallops à la carte

At Christmas there is no set menu: on the evening of 24 December and at lunch on 25 December, the Brasserie Lutetia and the Salon Saint-Germain will serve an à la carte menu by chef Patrick Charvet. Expect semi-cooked duck foie gras marbled with Christmas spices, a scallop and langoustine puff pastry, a royal veal galantine (a stuffed, rolled meat) with Jerusalem artichokes, chestnuts and hazelnuts, then the signature Yule log. Allow €26 for a starter, from €52 for a main and €18 for dessert.
Afternoon tea at €90 or Sunday brunch at €155?
At weekends from 21 November 2026 to 3 January 2027, from 3pm to 6pm, the Salon Saint-Germain will serve a Christmas afternoon tea at €90 per person: a mini lobster roll, a foie gras lollipop with pear and gingerbread, scones, smoked vanilla and speculoos ice cream, and hot chocolate.
On Sundays, the Brasserie Lutetia, which has already been serving a Sunday brunch since 11 October, will offer a festive brunch from 6 December to 3 January, from noon to 3pm: €155 per person, €95 for under-12s. On the menu: a seafood bar, fish en croûte, beef Wellington carved in the dining room and eggs Benedict with caviar.
The crown Yule log can already be ordered

For celebrating at home, Nicolas Guercio’s signature Yule log takes the shape of a crown: pecan sponge, pear compote and diced pear, house-made pecan praline, vanilla mousse and white chocolate decoration. It costs €135 for 8 to 10 people and can be pre-ordered from the hotel’s online shop; it features in our selection of 2026 Christmas Yule logs from the Paris palace hotels. For Epiphany, the signature galette des rois, with almond-milk frangipane and orgeat syrup, is announced at €88 for 8 people.
