The estate belongs to the La Réserve Private Homes collection, the private residences of Michel Reybier Hospitality, already found in Geneva, Florence, Paris, Ramatuelle, Saint-Estèphe and Val d’Isère. In Florence, the La Réserve Firenze apartments opened on 16 October 2026. The Seychelles are the brand’s first foothold in the Indian Ocean, and its first outside Europe.

The villas stand at Anse Boudin, in Baie Sainte Anne, facing Curieuse Island, a nature reserve surrounded by a marine park. The group announces a four-hectare estate. Not to be confused with Le Domaine de La Réserve: that 40-room hotel, at Anse Petite Cour about 2.7 km away, has no connection with Michel Reybier Hospitality.

The estate has six private villas and 31 bedrooms in all: three six-bedroom villas, one with five and two with four. Each sleeps 6 to 12 guests. Indoor areas range from 385 to 470 m², and from 695 to 880 m² including outdoor spaces.

All have a private pool and a tropical garden, as well as a terrace beneath a varangue, the covered veranda typical of the Indian Ocean. Each villa gives access to a white-sand beach. The largest, Villa 1, has six bedrooms over 470 m² indoors and 320 m² outdoors.

According to Michel Reybier Hospitality, the interiors are by Valérie Garcia and Kristian Gavoille. They combine Seychelles pink granite, wood and local craftsmanship. The official photos show living rooms opening onto the greenery, four-poster beds draped in mosquito nets and stone bathrooms.

A stay here feels like life in a private home, with the service of a hotel. According to the press release, each villa has its own team: house manager, housekeeper and private chef. The official fact sheet lists what is included: daily housekeeping, butler, concierge, one airport return transfer per stay and full board, meaning three meals a day, excluding alcohol.

Beyond the villas, Michel Reybier Hospitality announces Moutya, a beach restaurant devoted to the catch of the day, and a Boat House lending kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear. There is no spa on site: massages and treatments take place in the villa, on request. According to the group, they draw on the expertise of Clinique Nescens in Switzerland and focus on sleep, nutrition and regeneration.

Kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding and snorkelling are included in the stay. On request, the team arranges private boat trips for fishing or island hopping, with a picnic prepared by the chef, as well as paid dives supervised according to PADI levels. A hike through the Vallée de Mai, a Unesco World Heritage site, leads to the coco de mer, the giant nuts found only in the Seychelles, and into the territory of the black parrot.

Praslin is a 20-minute flight from Mahé, the main island. From the estate, Anse Lazio beach is 4 minutes away, Anse Volbert 10 minutes, the ferry port 20 minutes and Praslin airport 35 minutes.
