The palace hotel boutiques: from the Ritz’s €7 madeleine to a €1,995 Frame jacket

Since 9 October 2026, Frame and the Ritz Paris have been selling a new joint collection, fronted by the singer Charlotte Lawrence. Palace hotels no longer sell only nights: they sell jackets, pyjamas, candles and madeleines. Here is what to buy, at what price, online or in person, as checked on 17 October 2026.

Frame × Ritz Paris: the €1,995 tuxedo jacket

The campaign follows Charlotte Lawrence on a 24-hour getaway in Paris, from her suite to the dance floor. Key pieces, according to the Ritz: the suede tuxedo jacket, Frame’s Cigarette trousers reworked with the palace’s codes and a suede jacket with ribbed trims.

On Frame’s European website, the goatskin suede tuxedo jacket costs €1,995, already sold out on 17 October. ‘The Ritz Cigarette’ jeans, a low-rise women’s cut embroidered with Ritz Paris and fitted with a detachable gold chain, cost €450; allow €160 for the chain alone, €425 for the sweatshirt and €2,110 for the suede jacket.

Launched in 2021, the partnership had entrusted its previous collection, 30 pieces, to Lou Doillon.

The Ritz boutique, open every day

The Ritz Paris boutique opens every day from 10am to 7pm: home décor, tableware, household linen, games, books, fine foods and exclusive collaborations such as Frame.

Worth looking out for: 40 upcycled tote bags, hand-stitched from the hotel’s furnishing fabrics and numbered, and 40 pieces of jewellery cut from Marthe porcelain with the charity La Fabrique Nomade. The online shop offers free delivery in Europe from €200.

Le Comptoir du Ritz: the €7 giant madeleine

Ritz Paris Le Comptoir, the palace’s pâtisserie, has two addresses: 38 rue Cambon, the hotel’s annexe, and 45 rue de Sèvres since June 2025. The giant madeleine costs €7, a box of madeleines €30 and up.

The hazelnut praline bar is €25, the 70% dark chocolate teddy bear €35, the madeleine-scented candle €80. The website works as click and collect: order before 5pm, pick up on rue Cambon from the next day.

Claridge’s, from a £125 candle to cashmere

The London palace sells more than 200 items on shop.claridges.co.uk. The 380 g signature candle, bearing the hotel’s crest, costs £125, the bellboy teddy bear £40. For Christmas 2026, hampers cost from £175 to £345, and up to £2,000 for the largest.

Aman sells its fragrances and cashmere

Aman’s boutique is called Aman Essentials: nine 50 ml fragrances at €254, each inspired by a destination, spa candles at €95, a bathrobe at €500 and a cashmere roll-neck at €720.

New: Aman × Kim Jones, the brand’s first collaboration with a designer, the Briton who worked at Dior and Fendi, inspired by more than 30 Aman properties. The silk pyjama shirt costs €1,300, in Aman hotel boutiques or by appointment.

Silk pyjamas, from the Carlyle to the yachts

On 13 July 2026, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection teamed up with Eberjey on three washable silk pyjama sets with a wave print: $278 for the shorts set, $298 for the long one, on eberjey.com, then on board the yachts Evrima, Ilma and Luminara.

In New York, The Carlyle teamed up with Olivia von Halle on a silk pyjama set printed like a sketchbook: Central Park, the Met, the Bemelmans Bar. Launched at $810, with an eye mask at $180, in a limited edition.

The Ritz-Carlton also sells baskets woven in Morocco with Kilometre Paris, and Le Bristol has designed two Sporty & Rich capsules, including one for its centenary in 2025.

Why do palace hotels open a boutique?

First, to extend the stay: a jumper or a candle brings the hotel back to life at home, and introduces it to those who have never slept there. The Ritz describes Frame as the meeting of ‘sunny Californian style and inimitable Parisian chic’.

Then, to make money beyond the rooms, with short runs sold online worldwide. The trend extends to luggage too: Mandarin Oriental has launched suitcases with Globe-Trotter, priced from 165 to £2,295.
