The day after the broadcast, the same question keeps coming up in searches: has the hotel closed? No. The booking engine on the official website was showing availability on 16 October 2026, with online booking. The hotel stands at 1 rue Voltaire, in the village centre, near the church of Saint-Clair. It can also be reached by phone on +33 6 65 90 90 87.

The sign reads “À la Vieille Halle”, but the website also uses the name “Auberge de la Vieille Halle”: it is indeed the same hotel-restaurant, which holds no star rating.

“Alerte à l’hôtel : 30 jours pour tout relancer” is an M6 programme produced by ITV Studios France. According to the channel, two hospitality experts, Fred Sirieix and Pauline Petta, spend 30 days alongside struggling hoteliers. They draw up an action plan to revive the business and improve relations within the team.

Here we stick to the information published by M6 and by the hotel itself. The photos in this article come from the hotel’s website: they show the property as it presents itself today, with no way of telling whether they were taken before or after filming.
