Construction resumption approved following technical regularisation
Following several months of interruption ordered by the municipality to align the execution project with the initial permit, construction on the future hotel property in Benicàssim is set to restart. The municipality of the Spanish seaside resort has approved the documentary amendments submitted by the developers, paving the way for an active resumption of works in September 2026, following the peak summer season.

The complex features three underground levels accommodating over 200 parking spaces, part of which will be ceded to the city. This constraint required the implementation of a strict water discharge protocol into the treatment network to safeguard the coastal ecosystem.

The sleek six-storey architecture is designed by Francisco Silvestre de Navarro, incorporating 110 elegant guest rooms, a high-end spa, landscaped gardens, and a panoramic rooftop terrace featuring an infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean.
The upscale revival of the Castellón coastline
The establishment of Hôtel Estimar on Heliópolis Beach marks a key milestone in Benicàssim’s upscale hospitality evolution, as the destination had not hosted a project of this scale in three decades. This planned opening reinforces the destination’s premium positioning, complementing the recent arrival of four-star superior properties and the modernised tourism infrastructure across the region.
