In Styria, Hotel Höflehner becomes Höflehner Naturresort: the Waldhorn house opens on 18 December 2026 with 30 family rooms and suites and a water world, while the 5,000 m² Premium Alpin Spa remains reserved for those over 16.
Marriott International and Turkish developer Özak GYO sign The Ritz-Carlton, Kemer, All-Inclusive, scheduled for 2028 on the Antalya coast: 141 rooms, suites and villas across 1.2 kilometres of coastline, the group's first luxury all-inclusive resort in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Hyatt and Portuguese developer Coporgest sign Park Hyatt Comporta, the brand's first address in Portugal. 58 rooms and suites, six two-bedroom villas and 22 residences on six hectares in Alentejo, less than an hour from Lisbon. Opening scheduled for 2029.
In Anacapri, the Jumeirah Capri Palace houses the island's only medical spa. Its Leg School, developed by Professor Francesco Canonaco, treats leg circulation, in a location accessible on foot, with walking structuring the experience from the Scala Fenicia to Mount Solaro.

MYR Hotels is opening The Bank, its first five-star Grand Luxe hotel, in the former Banco de Valencia data centre, on Avenida del Puerto. It features 102 rooms, a twenty-metre vertical garden, and a rooftop pool. Around a hundred recruitments are underway for an autumn opening.
Fusion Hotel Group has inaugurated LÈGACY Hanoi, a 218-key five-star hotel in the Ngoc Ha district. Behind that figure lies just 85 hotel rooms, with the remaining 133 being serviced apartments. An onsen, a 24th-floor restaurant and vinyl records in the rooms.
SCPI Atream Hôtels has acquired the freehold of the Sun Palace Albir, a 216-room four-star hotel on the Costa Blanca, and entrusted its operation to Pierre & Vacances under a firm fifteen-year lease. The hotel will undergo €2.7 million worth of renovations.
Accor has signed Ink 48, a former 1930s theatrical printing house turned hotel in Hell's Kitchen. Its 222 rooms and Hudson rooftop will become the flagship for the MGallery Collection in the United States, but not before 2028.
