Accor is in talks with Dubai Holding for one or more hotels on the Dubai Pearl site, the mega-project in Al Sufouh abandoned since 2006 and demolished in 2023. The new master plan doubles the initial surface area; Ennismore brands (Mondrian, Delano, The Hoxton, Banyan Tree) and luxury brands (Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel) are under consideration. Agreement targeted for late 2026.
