On Tuesday evening, over 130 guests gathered on the 6th floor of the establishment for the inauguration of Le Faron, the newly named rooftop that offers 360° views of the city. Alongside Solenne Ojea Devys, the group’s Managing Director, and Ewa Tkaczyk, the hotel’s Director, the address has asserted a new visual and cultural identity.
A Name Rooting the Rooftop in Toulon
The naming is not insignificant. Mont Faron, the iconic peak overlooking Toulon, now lends its name to the rooftop. « We have rethought the name to further anchor our rooftop within Toulon. Since its opening, the lack of a clear identity hindered its attractiveness to locals. Today, the objective is to be visible and become a genuine hub of activity », states Ewa Tkaczyk. From the dual panorama of Place de la Liberté on the city side to Mont Faron as a backdrop, everything invites guests to prolong the moment.
Majorelle Blue, a Visual Signature Evoking Escape
The visual identity makes an impression upon arrival. A deep Majorelle blue · the signature colour of the eponymous garden in Marrakech · adorns the walls, inviting immediate detachment. The tone is set: here, guests come for the view, the ambience, and the contemporary atmosphere. The menu features bespoke cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, mocktails, a selection of Provençal wines, and tapas to graze on throughout the evening.
