The resort will not open until 2027, but it continues to reveal its spaces one by one. Wynn Al Marjan Island has just unveiled two 1,460 square metre apartments, featuring seven bedrooms each, located at the top of a seventy-storey tower in Ras Al Khaimah.

These two residences belong to Enclave, the complex’s most exclusive offering: 313 suites operating as a hotel within a hotel. This is the project’s third major reveal in a few weeks, following the 630 to 1,110 sqm Townhomes announced in late August.

Ras Al Khaimah, the new frontier

For twenty years, attention has been focused on Dubai. Ras Al Khaimah is now playing the exclusivity card rather than volume, located approximately eighty kilometres from Dubai International Airport on an artificial island. Wynn Al Marjan Island will open the United Arab Emirates’ first integrated resort there, blending hospitality, leisure, and entertainment.

Enclave, a hotel within a hotel

Enclave brings together 313 suites within the resort, featuring its own dedicated access and services. The principle is to isolate a clientele that pays to cross paths with no one, without depriving them of the complex’s facilities. The two apartments represent its crowning glory.

Situated on the top floors of the tower, they open onto two contrasting landscapes: the waters of the Arabian Gulf on one side, and the rugged Hajar mountains on the other, viewed through floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Paris apartment, designed by Pinto

The first bears the signature of Pinto, the Parisian interior design house. The aesthetic is that of a collector: bespoke pieces, rich textures, and an art hanging style reminiscent of a private residence rather than a hotel suite.

Anouska Hempel’s Mayfair

The second is entrusted to Anouska Hempel, whose work has helped define the British boutique hotel concept. The Mayfair apartment reflects this vocabulary: striking contrasts, dramatic lighting, and a luxury that plays with apparent sobriety.

Publicité

Entrusting two apartments on the same floor to two such distinct designers is no caprice: it is a way of selling the same square metre twice to two completely different clienteles. This method is already well established in branded residences, and now arrives at the summit of a resort.
