Greek group Ella Resorts will open Ella Elyra in June 2027, its fifth resort and second adults-only property in Corfu: 171 rooms, suites and villas on Kontogialos Beach in Pelekas, on the sunset-facing west coast. On the agenda: arched facades and planted terraces, seven dining experiences included in the rate, from the Petra buffet to the Shori Japanese table and Luma's Nikkei restaurant, breakfast signed by Michelin-starred chef Alexandros Tsiotinis, and the Roée spa with Finnish sauna, ice room, cold plunge and indoor pool.
