Which hotel features in Netflix’s “Oasis”?
The fictional “Oasis Infinity” resort is in fact the Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora, a five-star property in Tenerife. The entire crew of the series, produced by Bambú Producciones (the studio behind Cable Girls and The Asunta Case), set up base there. The hotel sits in Alcalá, in the municipality of Guía de Isora, on the west coast of the island, right on the Atlantic seafront. Filming ran from July to early November 2025, ahead of a worldwide release in June 2026.

The infinity pool that gave “Oasis Infinity” its name
Its saltwater infinity pool is the longest ever built in a hotel in Europe. A true signature of the place, it seems to melt into the Atlantic and easily explains the “Oasis Infinity” name imagined by the series. The resort has five outdoor pools in all: this vast saltwater basin, a family pool, a children’s pool with a pirate galleon and a splash park, plus two adults-only pools, one of them exclusive to RedLevel guests.
Clarins spa, fine dining and services
The Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora boasts a 2,000 sq m Clarins spa and a restaurant awarded a Sol Repsol. The wellness area offers Ayurvedic treatments, detoxifying wraps, manicures and pedicures, complemented by a 24-hour gym and yoga classes. On the dining side, the resort lines up several restaurants (Mediterranean, Italian and Japanese cuisine plus an international buffet with show-cooking), among them Dos Naïfes by Jorge Peñate, awarded a Sol Repsol 2025. A beach, entertainment and a kids’ club round out an offering designed for families and couples alike.
RedLevel, a hotel within the hotel
For a more intimate experience, RedLevel offers a high-end, adults-only service. This “hotel within the hotel” gives access to dedicated rooms, a private pool, a personalised concierge and a premium breakfast. It is the most exclusive version of the resort, and the most expensive, true to the hushed, confidential atmosphere staged by the series.

Rates start at around 215 to 240 € a night and climb beyond 430 € for RedLevel. Prices vary widely depending on the season, the room category and availability: you can sometimes find more affordable deals outside peak season, while holiday periods and sea-facing suites push the bill up noticeably. The other “Oasis” filming locations in Tenerife
Beyond the palace, the series filmed in several of the island’s emblematic settings. La Jaquita beach, a few minutes from the resort, hosts the bonfire and night-swim scene of the first episode. The Poris lighthouse and the former Abona leper hospital provide the backdrop for the cliffside scenes of the finale. The production also set up its cameras in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the village of San Andrés, Las Teresitas beach, Teide National Park and Puerto de la Cruz, making Tenerife the true scenic star of the series.
