Modular architecture dedicated to sustainable luxury
The Baix Maestrat region is hosting an unprecedented hospitality project blending environmental preservation and high-end industrialized construction. Jointly developed by the Urbanix company and the Valencian Association of Modular Construction, this hotel complex relies on lightweight prefabricated structures to significantly reduce the carbon impact of the construction site. The global method aims to integrate harmoniously with the Mediterranean landscape while accelerating execution times.

A hybrid hospitality model between hotels and flex living
In addition to classic hotel services, the complex will house 300 residences designed as flexible housing. This direction responds to the growing demand from digital nomads, remote workers, and extended-stay enthusiasts wishing to benefit from premium hotel services. This hybrid living concept ensures the continuous animation of the estate throughout the year.
Wine tourism and longevity medicine in focus
Stays within the estate are organized around a partner winery already established on the land, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in local production. The accommodations offer unobstructed views of the vineyard plots for a total reconnection with nature. In parallel, the establishment will integrate a preventive medicine and longevity center, offering personalized treatments based on nutrition and recovery. The offer thus combines local wine immersion and high-tech health check-ups.
A strategic investment for the Communauté valencienne
To realize this vision, a total budget of 85 million euros has been mobilized, of which 15 million are already committed from specialized investors. The complex plans to create 180 direct jobs, strengthening the economic attractiveness of the province of Castellón. The complex’s electricity supply will be self-sufficient thanks to dedicated solar and wind installations.
