Hoteles Elba is opening Elba Corralejo Resort & Spa on 1 November 2026 in the north of Fuerteventura, Canary Islands. This 4-star, 478-room resort, designed for families with a dedicated adult-only area, features 24 pools, a spa and an all-inclusive package. The project represents an investment of around 100 million euros.

The first Elba in northern Fuerteventura
Hoteles Elba already has six properties in Fuerteventura, mostly around Caleta de Fuste on the east coast. Elba Corralejo is its first hotel in the north of the island, set in a peaceful residential area, 900 metres from the centre of Corralejo and two kilometres from the protected dunes of the natural park. The group, which comprises fifteen properties, originally announced a 1 December opening before bringing it forward by a month.
The construction is led by Herculina Las Dunas, a subsidiary of the Anjoca group, the parent company of Elba hotels. It spans a 66,352 m² site and is expected to create around 400 direct jobs.
One resort, two ways to experience your holiday
The resort caters to two distinct atmospheres. The family zone centres around Pepe’s Aqua Land, offering over 4,000 m² of splash park, pools and water slides, alongside a kids’ club for ages 4 to 12. Meanwhile, the Elba Premium Level area reserves its own pool, solarium and restaurant for guests over 16 seeking tranquility.
In total, the resort brings together 50,000 m² of facilities, 16,000 m² of gardens and 24 pools, which are heated in winter. Stays can be booked on a half-board or all-inclusive basis.
478 rooms, including 67 with water access
The 478 rooms are spread across four three-storey buildings, ranging from 25 m² double rooms to 56 m² Double Family Superior rooms accommodating up to eight guests. Fifteen 41 m² junior suites feature private pools, and 52 swim-up rooms open directly onto a pool.
Four restaurants and a spa
The resort features four restaurants: The Dunes buffet, La Nonna Italian restaurant, The Bow (an adult-only pool restaurant and bar), and Pepe’s Pool Bites. Four bars complete the offering, including West End, which hosts evening shows. The Elba Corralejo Spa & Wellness centre offers a complete water circuit featuring a hydrothermal pool, Roman bath, hammam, Finnish sauna, igloo and marine jacuzzi, accessible to guests aged 16 and over.
