The best hotel at Disneyland Paris is the Disneyland Hotel, the resort’s only 5-star, which reopened on 25 January 2024 at the very entrance to Disneyland Park. It is followed by the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, the Ki Space Hotel & Spa, a partner hotel featuring a 1,000 m² spa, the Disney Newport Bay Club and the Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe, which our editorial team has tested. The Disneyland Hotel, the princesses’ castle

The resort’s only 5-star, entirely reinvented around Disney’s royal heroes, with a chef’s table and a club on the top floor.

Built for the opening of Disneyland Paris in 1992, the hotel with its pink Victorian facade spans the entrance to Disneyland Park. It reopened on 25 January 2024 after two years of work, carried out by Walt Disney Imagineering Paris with more than 200 French and European companies. The ivory and gold lobby, inspired by the libraries of French castles, is arranged under a Bohemian crystal chandelier that depicts Sleeping Beauty Castle. The 487 rooms and suites feature more than twelve royal stories, from Cinderella to Frozen.

The top two floors form the Castle Club, a hotel within the hotel: private lift, dedicated check-in, lounge with a view of the castle and breakfast in the presence of Disney Princesses. At the top of the range, the Frozen Royal Suite covers 206 m², with a balcony facing the castle. On the dining side, La Forêt Secrète by Jean Imbert, opened on 7 March 2025, serves menus at €140 in three courses and €200 in five courses, also open to visitors without a park ticket.

The Hotel New York, an inhabited Marvel museum

The first hotel in the world dedicated to Marvel art, in the former Hotel New York designed by Michael Graves.

Opened in 1992 under the signature of American architect Michael Graves, the hotel reopened on 21 June 2021 as the Disney Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, after two years of study and two years of work. The concept: a New York art gallery where you sleep. More than 300 Marvel works, signed by over 110 artists, including around fifty created for the hotel, adorn the corridors, rooms and the Jack Kirby Legacy Gallery. In the lobby, three life-size Iron Man armours welcome guests.

The 561 rooms are divided between 471 Superior rooms, 65 Empire State Club rooms, with their private lounge, and 25 suites, including the Spider-Man and Avengers suites and a two-storey Presidential Suite. The Manhattan Restaurant serves Italian cuisine under a 4-metre, 1,100 kg Asgard-inspired chandelier; the Downtown Restaurant offers a buffet, and the Skyline Bar serves cocktails in front of an animated skyline.

The Ki Space Hotel & Spa, the best spa

A Disneyland Paris partner hotel opened in 2024, with a 1,000 m² spa and service provided in part by robots.

Opened in 2024 in Serris, in the heart of Val d’Europe, the Ki Space Hotel & Spa presents itself as the “inventors’ hotel”: each floor has its own theme·water, earth, air, then science·and robots serve at the bar, restaurant and for room service. Its real asset lies elsewhere. The Ki Spa by Eden des Sens covers 1,000 m²: six treatment cabins using Biologique Recherche products, a 23-metre heated indoor pool with jacuzzi, a salt-wall sauna, a steam room and a sensory tunnel.

The 274 rooms and suites range from 21 to 114 m², up to the communicating family suite which accommodates twelve people. The Nomad restaurant serves world cuisine to share, and the 200 m² lounge bar is greened from floor to ceiling. A free shuttle connects the hotel to Marne-la-Vallée-Chessy station, opposite the parks, seven days a week.

The Newport Bay Club, seaside elegance

A New England seaside resort mansion, set on the banks of Disney Lake, with its lighthouse and private club.

Designed by American architect Robert A.M. Stern, the Newport Bay Club pays tribute to the New England seaside resorts of the early 20th century. Entirely refurbished in 2016, it has nearly 1,100 rooms·1,098 according to Disney·with a nautical atmosphere. The upper floors house the Compass Club: private reception, valet parking, concierge, breakfast and afternoon tea served in a reserved lounge. The two largest suites, Presidential and Vice-Presidential, can only be booked by telephone.

The Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe, Paris at Disney

A Haussmann-style hotel 50 metres from the RER, which our editorial team tested and rated 8.9 out of 10.

Opened in 2002 and renovated in 2016, the Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe adopts the codes of the great Parisian boulevards, with cast-iron balconies and a rotunda facade, on Place d’Ariane in Serris. Its 152 rooms, including four Junior Suites of 38 m² and communicating rooms of 48 m² for eight people, play on sobriety. The Le George restaurant, under its glass roof, feels like a Parisian bistro, while the Le Diplomate bar resembles a library-lounge.

We tested it in December 2025 and gave it 8.9 out of 10: a notable welcome, showers that set a water consumption target, Rituals products and a real breakfast. Weak points noted: no spa or fitness room, and pillows that could be improved. Read our full test of the Élysée Val d’Europe.

Disney hotel or partner hotel?

Staying in a Disney hotel gives access to Extra Magic Time: entry to one or both parks before the official opening, with times that vary and which Disney publishes up to three months in advance. Disney hotels are also within walking distance of the parks. Partner hotels, on the other hand, are booked by the room, without mandatory tickets, and connect to the parks by a free shuttle. For a night without tickets, they remain significantly cheaper: from €153 per room at Ki Space, €179 at the Élysée.

What’s changing around the resort
