On 5 October 2026, Minor Hotels launched Life Longevity, a wellness brand that brings together under one name its Phuket retreat, an urban address in Bangkok and residences yet to be built. Three formats under a single brand
Life Longevity links the group’s wellness destinations, services and future projects within a single ecosystem. The announcement describes three formats: the resort, for transformative stays; the urban address, to fit treatments into the rhythm of city life; and the residential format, which the brand will build later. Further urban, resort and residential addresses are planned in major beach destinations and cities outside Thailand, with no locations or timeline announced.
Minor Hotels, which counts more than 640 hotels, resorts and residences in operation or under development across 67 countries, draws on its Travel Trends Report 2026: 44% of travellers want more wellness when they travel, rising to 73% among those who already have a regular practice. ‘Our ambition is not simply to take part in wellness, but to help raise its standard,’ says Dillip Rajakarier, Group CEO of Minor International, the group’s parent company, for whom continuity of care is what sets the brand apart.
Layan Life, in Phuket since October 2024

The first pillar already exists: Layan Life by Anantara opened in October 2024 within the Anantara Layan Phuket Resort, on Layan Beach, about 25 minutes from the airport. The resort has 76 rooms, suites and villas, plus 15 Layan Residences by Anantara. Phuket will also host the Global Wellness Summit in November 2026.
The centre occupies a 1,767 m² biophilic building on two levels, set over a reflecting pool. It houses four consultation rooms, seven treatment rooms, an Icepod cryotherapy cabin, a hyperbaric chamber, colon hydrotherapy, an IV drip lounge, a Himalayan salt sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, a Technogym room and yoga and Pilates studios. Wellness meals are served at the Breeze restaurant; a longevity menu is also offered at Age, Cocoon and Dara Cuisine.
Six retreats lasting three to ten nights
Complementary medicine here is rooted in traditional Thai medicine. Guests choose a signature journey, setting their own goal, a bespoke journey with a practitioner, or à la carte treatments if staying at the resort. Six retreats (Longevity, Traditional Thai Medicine, Mindfulness, Beauty, Shape and Detox for Life) last from three to ten nights; programmes dedicated to women, menopause, men’s vitality and seniors start at seven nights. Guests are welcome from the age of 16.
The Longevity for Life retreat lasts seven nights: epigenetic, hormonal and gut health assessments, VO2 max testing, IV drips, hyperbaric chamber and cryotherapy. Since October 2025, the Life After Layan programme has extended the stay with medical consultations at one, three and six months, subscriptions to products and supplements and a monthly digital newsletter.
In Bangkok, a biohacking hub at the St. Regis

The first urban address, Bangkok Life, is moving into the St. Regis Bangkok on Rajadamri Road and will open in autumn 2026; Minor Hotels has not given a precise date. It bills itself as a ‘Longevity & Biohacking Hub’ of more than 16,000 sq ft, or about 1,490 m², over two levels.
It will feature a biohacking lab, an aesthetics centre, an IV drip lounge, a cryotherapy chamber, a hyperbaric chamber, a hammam and a hydrotherapy circuit. Day visitors will be welcome from 10am to 10pm, with full access reserved for members. In the capital, the group already operates the Anantara Siam Bangkok, renovated for 50 million dollars; see also our selection of the best luxury hotels in Bangkok.
Circle of Life, a THB 500,000 yearly membership
Launched alongside the brand, Circle of Life is an optional, paid membership, not a loyalty programme: the group’s own remains Minor DISCOVERY. It includes regular check-ins with the care team between stays, a personal digital health record and access to Life Longevity addresses worldwide.
At Layan Life, a one-year membership costs THB 500,000 or 1,000,000 and covers up to four members. Among the benefits listed by Layan Life: six personalised wellness consultations, ten complimentary consultations for family and friends, an Oura ring (without the subscription), THB 80,000 in wellness vouchers, access to the gym and hydrothermal facilities, and 15% off accommodation at the flexible rate.
How much does a week at Layan Life cost?

Prices are published in baht. The Longevity for Life retreat starts at THB 339,500 per person for seven nights, including accommodation, three wellness meals per night, service and taxes; in Bangkok, sessions are paid à la carte, with a 10% service charge included.
