Nestled in a Belle Époque building in the heart of Merano, in the Italian South Tyrol, Palace Merano celebrates 120 years of existence in 2026. To mark this anniversary, the pioneer of preventive well-being is rolling out a series of initiatives throughout the year that recall the foundations of its approach to health and longevity.
The highlight of the warm season: the 120 Palace Summer Experience, a unique program offered from June 15 to September 15, designed to discover the essentials of the Revital® Method while enjoying the mild Merano summer.
A Summer Edition for the 120th Anniversary
Designed as an introduction to the house’s fundamentals, this experience brings together what has made Palace Merano’s reputation: personalized medical evaluation, regenerative nutrition, adapted physical activity, and treatments dedicated to recovery. All this at a summer pace conducive to rest, where consultations and dietary programs are extended by walks along the Passer stream, hikes in Merano 2000, or electric bike rides.

Merano, a Microclimate Tailored for Recovery
Renowned since the 16th century for its Alpine-Mediterranean microclimate, Merano offers an environment naturally conducive to movement and regeneration. Protected by the Alps and open to several valleys, the city benefits from a rare climatic balance that enhances the Palace’s preventive health programs.
Summer is also a cultural season there: the Merano Jazz Festival takes over the city from July 14, before the Südtirol Festival Merano takes its turn from August 20, in the Belle Époque setting of the Kurhaus, just a stone’s throw from the Palace.
At the Heart of the Stay: The Revital® Method
Developed several decades ago, the Revital® Method combines conventional medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and preventive health disciplines to restore the balance of body and mind. It is structured around personalized assessments, work on sleep, stress management, and metabolic balance, and regenerative nutrition.

From June 15 to September 15, 2026, the 4-day and 5-night stay notably includes:
- A Detox® or Biolight® dietary program with personalized nutritional consultation
- Revital® treatments: 4 energetic massages, 4 hydrotherapies, 4 mud wraps, 4 hydrojets
- A medical consultation, essential to the program
- Outdoor activities: guided walks on Merano’s trails, electric bikes, regenerative fitness in the park
- Access to indoor and outdoor pools as well as the sauna circuit
- Accommodation, upgrade subject to availability, late check-out upon request, and morning energetic awakening
Regarding pricing, full board per person (excluding transport) starts at €4,075 in a double room and €4,500 in a single room, with a supplement of €132 per person for the mandatory medical examination.

Palace Merano, a Benchmark for Longevity
Italy’s first medical spa to have developed the Revital® Method, Palace Merano has established itself for over twenty years as a benchmark in preventive well-being.
