This marks a crowning achievement for the Italian brand. The Bulgari Hotel Paris has just been elevated to Palace status by Atout France, the state’s tourism development agency. Three and a half years after its opening in the Golden Triangle, the Roman jeweller’s address enters the most exclusive club in French hospitality, alongside two other new Parisian entrants, Cheval Blanc and Hôtel Fouquet’s.
The Bulgari Hotel Paris Joins the Exclusive Circle of Palaces
The Palace Distinction: The Pinnacle of French Hospitality
Established in 2010, the Palace distinction ranks above the five-star classification. It rewards a handful of establishments deemed exceptional for their location, history, service, and ability to embody the French art de vivre. In June 2026, Atout France unveiled its revised list: France now boasts 33 Palaces, including six new entrants. In Paris, the Bulgari joins Cheval Blanc and Hôtel Fouquet’s, while the hotel also holds two Michelin Keys, another marker of hospitality excellence.

A Jeweller’s Address at 30 Avenue George V
At 30 Avenue George V, the Bulgari directly faces the Four Seasons George V, in what is known as Paris’s Golden Triangle. The seventh hotel in the Bulgari Hotels & Resorts collection, it opened its doors on 2 December 2021 under the aegis of the LVMH group, already owner of Cheval Blanc. The stone façade engages in a dialogue with Haussmannian architecture, while vast two-level bay windows define the contemporary identity of the venue. The entire design is the work of the Milanese studio Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, in association with the French firm Valode & Pistre.
Seventy-Six Keys Designed as Apartments
The hotel features 76 keys, including 57 suites and 19 rooms, a rare proportion where the suite becomes the norm rather than the exception. Each space is designed as a Parisian apartment, complete with a living room, dressing room, and noble materials, creating a residential feel where elegance resides in every detail. Warm hues, precious woods, and marble create a hushed decor, faithful to the aesthetic vocabulary of the Roman house.

Il Ristorante, the Culinary Experience by Niko Romito
On the gastronomic front, the address houses Il Ristorante · Niko Romito, the Parisian iteration of the concept developed by the three-Michelin-starred chef for all Bulgari Hotels. The cuisine celebrates refined Italy, blending grand classics with contemporary interpretations, served in a room opening onto an inner terrace. The Bvlgari Bar and its lounge complete the offering, in line with hotel bars that have become Parisian meeting points in their own right.

The Bvlgari Spa, One of Paris’s Most Expansive
A true beating heart of the hotel, the Bvlgari Spa spans 1,300 sqm over two floors, making it one of the largest spas in the capital. A 25-metre swimming pool, clad in stone, forms its centrepiece, complemented by a marble hammam, saunas, ten treatment rooms, private onyx jacuzzis, a hairdresser, and a barber. A sanctuary of well-being that has become, in Paris, a significant asset in the race for the pinnacle of luxury hospitality.

With this distinction, the Bulgari Hotel Paris solidifies its position among the capital’s most coveted addresses and confirms the LVMH group’s momentum in ultra-luxury hospitality. The Golden Triangle, which already houses several Palaces, further establishes itself as the epicentre of Parisian hotel luxury.
