- An intimate format: eight bungalows from 94 to 111 m², each with a private pool, terrace, and Bvlgari products.
- A beachfront restaurant by chef Moisés Batista, a former contestant on MasterChef Brazil.
- An eco-conscious project: regional materials, restoration of the Mata Atlântica, local employment.
- The “novo luxo” positioning: discretion, nature, and culture over ostentation.
On the Rota dos Milagres, this stretch of pristine beaches in northeastern Brazil, an address discreetly opened its doors in late 2025. Primitivo Hotel & Villas embodies a contemporary vision of luxury, where exclusivity combines with nature and the appreciation of local craftsmanship. Here, there are no towers or grand lobbies: just eight bungalows, nestled amidst coconut trees.
Eight bungalows facing an almost deserted beach
Nestled on Praia dos Morros de Camaragibe, about an hour and a half from Maceió, Primitivo cultivates intimacy. Its eight bungalows, ranging from 94 to 111 m², each feature a private pool, a veranda, a bathtub, and an outdoor shower, adorned with Trousseau linens and a Bvlgari amenity kit. Each unit is decorated with works by Brazilian artists, in a dialogue between contemporary design and regional materials.

Signature cuisine and understated luxury
Gastronomy plays a central role. The beachfront restaurant, open to the ocean, highlights seasonal products and revisited Northeastern Brazilian techniques. The menu is by chef Moisés Batista, a former contestant on MasterChef Brazil. The rest of the experience is à la carte: bike rides along the cliffs, boat excursions to natural pools, wellness rituals in the bungalow. A luxury of use rather than display.

Ecology at the heart of the project
Primitivo claims a strong environmental commitment. The careful selection of materials and suppliers, initiatives to restore the Mata Atlântica, recruitment of regional staff, and support for the local economy are its pillars. On the Rota Ecológica, the establishment bets on high-end tourism that cares for its territory, true to the idea of Brazilian “novo luxo”.
