In Dinard, Soul Haven opens a new kind of address. On 22 June 2026, the Breton hotel group unveils Villa Isis, a 70s house entirely redesigned under the direction of Sophie Bannier. Perched above the bay, from the Cale de la Vallée, it opens all its windows onto the sea and the Emerald Coast, offering a unique way to stay in Brittany’s most chic seaside resort.
A family home, with the added services of a five-star hotel
The uniqueness of Villa Isis lies in this dual promise. On one hand, the intimacy of a true holiday home, occupied with loved ones, far from the hustle and bustle of a lobby. On the other, its adjacency to Castelbrac, Soul Haven’s five-star hotel clinging to the Dinard cliff. Guests of the villa thus benefit from the restaurant, bar, and spa of the neighbouring establishment, without giving up the feeling of being at home. A hybrid formula still rare in France, which meets the expectations of families and groups of friends seeking space and tailor-made services.
A revisited seventies decor, bathed in light
Inside, natural materials, curved lines, and light flowing through the rooms create a warm atmosphere. Upstairs, the living room opens onto the sea and is organised around a generously proportioned sofa, where mid-century design dialogues with a resolutely contemporary approach. The true heart of the house, the kitchen gathers around a large central island, clad in walnut fronts and wallpaper in shades of ochre, brown, and sand. Facing the bay, it hosts sunny breakfasts as well as long dinners with loved ones.

Rooms designed as cocoons
Villa Isis accommodates up to six people, distributed between two master suites and two children’s bedrooms. In each, natural light, soft textiles, and rounded lines create soothing spaces, perfect for rest after a day spent on the beaches of the Emerald Coast.

A south-facing terrace, open to the horizon
Designed as an additional living space, the vast south-facing terrace is undoubtedly the house’s finest asset. A rare space in Dinard, where you can have breakfast facing the sea, read in the sun, and evenings stretch out in the golden light. From morning to evening, the villa follows the sun’s path and simply invites you to slow down.

Soul Haven, a rising Breton collection
Founded by Yann and Lydwine Bucaille and led by Sophie Bannier, its operations director, Soul Haven cultivates a simple idea: that of places with a soul. Born on the cliffs of Dinard with the five-star Castelbrac, the collection was enriched by Villa Haute Guais, a guesthouse facing the sea, before this Villa Isis. The group advocates attentive and sustainable hospitality, committed to Breton heritage and expertise, and is already announcing other addresses in Brittany and beyond.

Villa Isis, in practice
Villa Isis is rented in its entirety, from €4,200 per week (six nights) for six people. It is located in Dinard, facing the bay, a few steps from Castelbrac. Reservations and information on the site of Soul Haven.
With this house, the group confirms a fundamental trend: stays that borrow the best of private rental and luxury hotel services. A path to follow closely on the Emerald Coast, one of France’s most beautiful maritime facades.
