The legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the stage for the world’s most iconic automotive feats, is preparing to welcome a new icon of high-end hospitality.
Designed by the agency AW² architecture & interiors, this new 4-star hotel will open its doors in 2027, offering a unique experience at the heart of the mythical circuit, a venue for major sporting competitions· and now cultural phenomena such as the GP Explorer or The Last Race, bringing together the biggest French YouTubers around a passion for motoring.

A Signature Project for a Mythical Site
It is at the Esses de la Forêt corner, at the junction between the Bugatti circuit and the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, that this new hotel with 104 rooms and suites will rise, including a VIP Suite offering a direct view of the track.
With its panoramic terrace, renowned restaurant, and modular event spaces, the establishment promises an unprecedented immersive experience for racing enthusiasts, visitors, and professionals in the automotive world.
Conceived as an architectural landmark, the hotel integrates elegantly into the landscape of the southern Le Mans hub, alongside iconic infrastructure such as Antarès, the Marie-Marvingt stadium, and the Pôle Européen du Cheval.
The project is led by ADIM Ouest, a subsidiary of VINCI Construction, with an opening scheduled for the spring of 2027.

Architecture: The Emotion of Movement
Imagined by Reda Amalou and Stéphanie Ledoux, co-founders of AW², the project expresses the power of contemporary design combined with the nobility of the site.
The architecture is articulated around two volumes:
- The first, oriented towards the track, houses the rooms, suites, and a promontory terrace.
- The second, on the ground floor, includes a spectacular lobby, a restaurant open to the circuit, and a tiered roof to watch races or major events, such as The Last Race or influencer automotive competitions.
The building, constructed with a mineral base, FSC-certified local wood, and Exegy® low-carbon concrete, combines energy performance, immersive design, and respect for the landscape.

Hotel Interior Design: Luxury, Passion, and Elegance
The interior design by AW² is directly inspired by the world of racing:
ochre and deep red tones, noble materials (wood, leather, metal), and mini-bars reminiscent of racing car bodywork.
The rooms and suites offer a hushed atmosphere, both sporty and refined, where every detail evokes precision mechanics and absolute comfort.
The VIP Suite, suspended above the circuit, will allow guests to attend iconic events · from the 24 Hours of Le Mans to the GP Explorer, and including Squeezie’s The Last Race and the biggest French YouTubers · in a luxurious and immersive setting.
A Venue for Events and Experiences
Thought of as a space for living and sharing, the hotel has been designed to host seminars, conferences, product launches, or exclusive receptions.
Its privatisable stands and panoramic terrace will make the site a privileged observation point during major sporting events.
A true hub of experiences, at the crossroads of hospitality and automotive emotion.

An Exemplary Ecological Commitment
This project illustrates a new generation of high-end hotels, combining luxury and environmental responsibility.
The sustainable approach is reflected in:
- Energy performance 20% higher than current standards,
- Optimised water management and permeable surfaces,
- The use of FSC-certified local wood and low-impact materials,
- Measures promoting soft mobility: bicycle parking, electric charging stations, public transport access,
- A responsible construction site policy and preservation of the site’s biodiversity.
The Le Mans hotel thus positions itself as a committed player in sustainable tourism, in line with the expectations of a demanding and conscious international clientele.
The project mobilises an ecosystem of experts:
- Investor: Virage 5
- Client: ADIM Ouest
- Architecture & Interior Design: AW²
- Project Management: Artelia
- Technical Partners: HMC Conceptions, ALBYR Structures, Lamoureux Acoustics, RFR, SO.DE.REF Développement, Pyrallis, and Qualiconsult.
A project that relies on French expertise, both in design and construction, and on a clear ambition: to make Le Mans a premier destination for sporting and sustainable hospitality.
Towards a New Icon of Automotive Tourism
Beyond the infrastructure, this future 4-star hotel promises to be a total experience, an immersion into the soul of Le Mans.
A place where the roar of engines meets the hushed silence of luxury, where adrenaline meets refinement, and where every detail, from design to sustainability, reflects the excellence of French hospitality expertise.
The opening scheduled for the spring of 2027 will undoubtedly mark a new era for hospitality at the heart of motorsport.
An establishment that will thrill as much as it inspires.
