The hotel boasts 54 rooms and suites, from spacious King Rooms, adorned with leather headboards and artworks, to multi-room suites opening onto the peaks. The highlight remains the Ajax Penthouse: nearly 150 square metres, a panoramic balcony with a fire pit and armchairs facing Aspen Mountain, and a terrace accessible from both the living room and the bedrooms. Lola 41: Fish and Sushi Beneath a Glass Canopy
The signature restaurant, Lola 41, brings its Nantucket-born concept to Aspen: refined fish and sushi cuisine, served in a light-filled glass pavilion, extended by a cosy bar reminiscent of a speakeasy.
