◆ May 2026 · Paris 9th · Lunch & Spa
A five-star hotel nestled in a quiet side street in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, a stone’s throw from the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier, the Parister Hotel ★★★★★ & Spa is launching a new Lunch & Spa formula that transforms the midday break into a wellness interlude : lunch at Les Passerelles restaurant, followed by access to the pool, hammam, and a fresh smoothie to go.

Paris during the week has a unique rhythm that leaves little room for truly deserved breaks. We lunch too quickly, we leave too early, and the afternoon often mirrors the morning. Yet, discreetly nestled in a quiet street in the 9th arrondissement, the Parister Hotel ★★★★★ & Spa has, since its opening, cultivated the art of slow life. Behind architecture conceived as a masterpiece by the studio Beckmann N’Thépé, blending Parisian classicism with contemporary touches, the establishment offers a singular vision of hospitality : to help guests discover the Paris known to Parisians.
◆ A Table That Takes Its Time
Les Passerelles, a Restaurant Designed for the Midday Break

It all begins at Les Passerelles, the hotel’s restaurant where marble, green velvet, and wood panelling create an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. In fine weather, a tree-lined patio welcomes diners for an urban al fresco escape. Juliette, manager of Les Passerelles, ensures that every guest feels welcomed in an atmosphere that is both warm and relaxed, true to the spirit of the establishment. Here, the menu evolves with the seasons, market produce, and current inspirations. All ingredients are fresh, carefully selected, and prepared with simplicity to allow their flavours to shine.

At lunchtime, the Lunch & Spa formula offers a true wellness interlude with small sharing plates, generous yet balanced main courses, and homemade desserts. The menu changes regularly, allowing guests to compose a gourmet lunch (starter and main or main and dessert) designed to delight without being heavy. This provides an ideal transition before heading to the spa’s pool and wellness area, then extending the moment with a fresh smoothie.
Lunch, swim, sweat, repeat : Parister invents the midday break Paris needed.
◆ The Spa as an Extension
Swimming Lane, Hammam, and Terraké Treatments

Once you’ve left the table, the experience naturally extends to the wellness area, an invitation to prolong this interlude away from the Parisian pace. The spa houses a twenty-metre swimming lane, bathed in natural light, a fitness area accessible by reservation, a hammam, and a massage cabin where Terraké treatments are used, formulated from 100 % natural ingredients derived from organic farming.

Here, time suddenly seems to slow down. Some come to swim a few lengths in the hushed calm of the indoor pool, while others prefer simply to float, far from the city’s noise. Then the hammam takes over, diffusing its enveloping warmth. For ninety minutes, the body relaxes, the mind detaches, and Paris suddenly feels much further away. Before leaving, a fresh smoothie is served as a final thoughtful touch.
