Louis Vuitton Hotel Paris: The Most Anticipated Opening
The house of Louis Vuitton is set to open its very first hotel on the Champs-Élysées, in its new Parisian setting. Announced as ultra-confidential, the project is said to feature only about ten spectacular suites with panoramic views of Paris, complemented by a rooftop gourmet restaurant. This marks a significant entry into Parisian hospitality for LVMH, already owners of Cheval Blanc and Bvlgari Hotels.

London: Waldorf Astoria and Six Senses
In London, two openings are generating significant anticipation: the Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch and the upcoming Six Senses London. The former is situated within a historic monument opposite Buckingham Palace, featuring around one hundred rooms, private residences, and a grand ballroom. The latter will establish the brand, a champion of well-being, in the Whiteleys building in Bayswater.
France: Six New Palaces in 2026
In France, the 2026 Palaces collection has welcomed six new establishments, marking an exceptional year. The Bvlgari Hotel Paris, Cheval Blanc Paris, Fouquet’s Paris, Four Seasons Resort Megève, Hôtel Martinez in Cannes, and Royal Champagne Hôtel & Spa have joined the very exclusive circle of Palaces, which now boasts 33 addresses.
A Global Wave of Openings
Beyond Paris and London, the 2026-2027 pipeline is one of the richest of the decade, driven by the expansion of major luxury brands across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. New lifestyle brands, branded residences, and wellness resorts are proliferating, confirming that luxury hospitality has never invested so much.
